Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Superga sneakers, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Superga box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
